COVID-19 and Park Reopening Info

We are currently monitoring the situation regarding COVID Hotspots in Brisbane region (and ongoing NSW).
At this time, disappointingly, with the government advice and requirements we are not accepting booked guests who have been in the Qld State Government listed Brisbane Hotspots since 12pm 8 Jan 2021.
Please read the following FAQ:
Q: What will happen to my booking from 8 Jan 2021 through to 11 Jan 2021?
A: At this time, bookings with arrival dates between 8 Jan 2021 to 11 Jan 2021 have been put on hold, pending government updates about the lockdown.
Q: What happens to monies paid for 8 Jan 2021 through to 11 Jan 2021?
A: At this stage it will be held in credit until we know more about the situation.
Q: Can I come on Tuesday 12th January 2021 if restrictions are lifted?
A: At this stage, we will be happy to welcome you back, but this is contingent on getting the all-clear from the Qld State Government. Please continue to monitor government restrictions and this page for further information.
Q: What happens to my 2022 Summer Holiday Bookings?
A: Our usual booking procedures will continue for next year.
Q: What happens if I want to cancel the entire booking?
A: Your booking is safely on-hold, we are aware of the situation and currently our customer service staff are being overwhelmed with phone calls. The best way to contact us is currently through email email@example.com. We will endeavour to get back to you over the next couple of days to process your booking in the best possible way.
